The second is to take effective energy-saving measures to existing enterprises and eliminate outdated capacity. According to calculation, the casting yield is increased by 1 %, and the iron liquid of every ton can produce about 8 ~ l0kg high quality iron casting more, saving coke 6 ~ 8 kg. The casting weight is reduced by 1 %, the energy consumption can be reduced about 1 ~ 2 %. From the reasons of waste enterprise reflected , most are concentrated in the metal liquid flow, porosity, size, clean-up and other defects. The processing waste can be reduced through improving the external conditions and filling ability and using the sand casting technology to improve the size accuracy of the valve casting.
