Technical Key Points

Ø In the premise of ensuring a large cross-sectional area, a reduced and steady flow rate, no spray of molten steel which may caused secondary oxidation, the runner should be as thin as possible to reduce the suction area of the runner. The thickness of the inner runner should be less than 0.7 times of the wall thickness of the casting, and the width of the runner should be more then 4 times of the thickness, which is more favorable for the slagging and cleaning of the molten steel.

Ø Appropriate increase of pouring temperature will help to facilitate the rising escape of gas and reduce the generation of pores. In the box joint surface, place radial venting grooves (dense but not deep, to prevent fire), can also play the role of auxiliary exhaust.

2009  start cooperating with stertil B.V. who is famous lifting equipment manufacturer in Netherlands, we provide the lifting parts.

2015.4  our samples provided to Wuxi Hitachi Pump Co., LTD get approval, and start cooperation with them.

2016.6  We Cooperated with Wuxi Xi Pump Manufacture co., LTD. and provide the hydroelectric equipment parts.

2017.6  our vertical pump body casting won the award of "Special gold award for quality casting" in 2017 CIFEX.  material is CF3M (316L stainless steel), the pump body was exported to the United States.
