Technical key points

Ø In order to get a better slagging effect, set larger risers and increase pouring temperature appropriately. In normal situation, WCB carbon steel at 1570 ℃ -1580 ℃, stainless steel at 1580 ℃ -1590 ℃.

Ø  pouring speed: in the case of ensuring smooth gas discharge from the cavity, higher pouring speed can be used;pouring operation requirements: after casting, as soon as the castings solidified, remove the pressure iron and box, to reduce the casting shrinkage resistance and avoid cracks and flaws.

1. What is the delivery time of pattern, casting parts and machining finished parts?

  A: In general, pattern making time is 20-40 days base on the design of the parts, sample making time is 20-30 days, machining finished parts lead time is 40-60 days. The lead time will vary base one different design and weight of the parts, please contact us for details.

2. What’s the minimum wall thickness of the castings you produce?

  A: The minimum wall thickness of the castings we produce is 8mm.

3. Which kinds of NDT methods that your company can provide?

  A: The NDT we provide are PT, MT, UT and RT.

4. Which welding equipment do you have?

  A: We mainly use SMAW, MAG, TIG, CW according to the material and characteristic of the casting

  A: We use Spark Spectrometer, testing result are printed automatically
